Thanks to this background and to her more than ten year experience, Lara is now able to offer you this ancient and extremely tasteful product, typical of her town’s culinary traditions, which she came to know through her family habits.

That’s why her ‘crescia’ is rigorously handmade, using selected Italian natural ingredients, in order to offer you the same tasty experience that Giovanni Pascoli wistfully recalled even after thirty years.

Crescia sfogliata La Baciocca

 

The original, with a strong taste, which has always been inimitable.

INGREDIENTS:
type “0” wheat flour, water, unrefined pure pork lard, fresh pasteurized free-range eggs, high quality pasteurized fresh milk, whole Cervia sea salt, pepper.

Store in the refrigerator from + 4 ° to + 8 ° C. Once the package has been opened, consume the product in two or three days.

ADVICE:
heat in a very hot pan or griddle for 2 – 3 minutes, turning several times. No microwave

Crostolo La Baciocca

 

The rediscovery, light but tasty,
he immediately conquered everyone.

INGREDIENTS:
type “0” wheat flour, 37% polenta (water, non-GMO corn flour, acidity regulator: tartaric acid), unrefined pure pork lard, water, Cervia integral sea salt.

Store in the refrigerator from + 4 ° to + 8 ° C. Once the package has been opened, consume the product in two or three days.

ADVICE:
heat in a very hot pan or griddle for 2 – 3 minutes, turning several times. No microwave

INGREDIENTS:
type “0” wheat flour, 20% whole spelled flour, water, high oleic sunflower oil (EU origin), 3.7% extra virgin olive oil, whole Cervia sea salt.

Store in the refrigerator from + 4 ° to + 8 ° C. Once the package has been opened, consume the product in two or three days.
